There Are No Allies

Laced with a deicide mind bred for a single thing.
Wait for the inevitable boom that’s about to ring.
Fuelled only by negative sentiment.
Does this sound like a healthy environment?
No, and that’s because its not.
Yet this is social media in its current state.
Tearing down those who only wish to share.
Programming is to what the masses do adhere.
Unable to form opinions without a guiding hand.
Why not just demand you are told how to follow someone else’s command?

Friend is foe and family is disowned.
All that matters is what some ‘star’ might condone.

Lashed until venom is the only language you speak.
Hard on to turn every day into something bleak.
Driven only by that desire.
Its the worst kind of internal fire.
One fuelled by the adulation of those of this hive mind.
Each and every one of them is right from wrong blind.
With ammunition up to their eyes.
No care for who might soon die.
By suicide or mass vicious slaughter.
Could be her mum, his sister or your youngest daughter.

Blind, dead and dumb.
The deaf perished before all of them.
Defiled has become a religion.
Sowing loathing and breeding obsession.
