Ode to misery should be sent so far away.
No patience for dwelling in darkness.
Embrace rather than decay.
Night is not a permanent state.
Why should we feed on agony?
So easy to wallow in these times of contempt.
Cast free these chains that quell your positivity.
Cut away what makes your life sickened.
Future is not ever pre-written.
Chances come and sometimes go.
Grab for those that intrigue most of all.
Silence those bickering tones.
They are not a true reflection of how you feel.
Push forward and light will come.
Sunrise does not fade with time.
And darkness is worst before the dawn.
Strive and push through your doubts.
Forge your siren song!
Then scream it with your everything.
Spitting in the face of your darker side.
You’ll be much more than a survivor if you embrace life’s rollercoaster ride!
