Cruelty is a purely human trait.
We are the only ones who predicate.
Stitch an excuse for actions we take.
Believe our crusade is right to make.
Foregoing sense and sympathy.
Purely so we can declare victory.
Its sick when you think about it.
How we revel in carving such a habit.
For gain that is singular.
Ignoring the needs of so many more.
For we are pack animals without allegiance.
Permanently looking for some grievance.
While so wrapped up in our own little worlds.
Ignoring chants from boys and girls.
Those who know best how to be kind.
Rather than desperate to split skin from rind.
Refocus, consideration is what should be our guide.
