These tales walked you down another path.
Here is beauty and it feels no wrath.
Nurtured like it does deserve.
Smiling hearing these songbirds.
Chirp back and forth then yet again.
Serenity is never fleeting.
You took this path rather than conquering.
Sun rises strong and you keep it shining.
Clouds have gone away leaving light but not blinding.
Comfortable heat keeps all that’s green so sweet.
Spring soon will come as will a celebration.
Of your birth and all you have been aiding.
Upon this world that has and will always sing to you.
Giving us shelter as well as food.
A mirror of what could have been.
Vines thick and grass long.
Within it young and old can run.
Crying laughter as well as joy.
You made it possible for every girl and boy,
To feel wonder like you did in youth.
All generations feel no sorrow.
A better end we could not write.
So we thank you for being our shining light.
