Reach Toward

Look out at the stars, reach toward Mars.
Beauty in so many spaces.
Its never hidden unless you’re vacant.
So don’t walk about with eyes closed.
Consider sights and hold them close.
They will form your second sight.
Realm to where all is bright.
Be it cloud topped castle or cabin in a wood.

Watch the world as it rolls on by.
Its in no hurry unlike everybody.
But we are who adds urgency to what surrounds.
Why so often it does confound.
Breed confusion as to why we do.
Reality seems more peaceful when its removed.
But the way of the world has been set.
Not going to stop me marveling at present.

Dreams are for making, molding and shaping.
Some may not come to be.
That does not mean you should forsake them really.
For they give us hope, or a direction.
Draw from that happiness and smile with infection.
